Albi in cloud

Albi is a magnificent red brick  medieval city on the banks of the river Tarn. We love to visit, and I always try to draw or paint whenever I am there. The red brick 13rh century cathedral dominates the old medieval quarter down to the river. It is normally sunny, but on this occasion it was an overcast and cold day. I used mainly French Ultramarine Blue and Light Red in this work
